We’re sorry there's an issue with your purchase!

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 10 days after purchase (10 days = date package is received to date return is received). Orders returned after 10 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

We do not refund shipping charges!

For any altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. This applies to both online and in-person purchases.

All sales are final on any custom-made products, this includes wigs & extensions.
